Professional Goal
There is much to say about the health of the world today. Prices are skyrocketing, quality of food is diminishing, and everything is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. My goal is to teach people how to take care of their body to ultimately decrease the use of prescription and over the counter pharmaceuticals. Building a body that is up to the challenges of daily life without breaking down or becoming ill.

In 2022 I started my thermal journey. Although hesitant, I listened to my body and learned how to control my breath. Since incorporating heat and cold therapy I have lost weight, increased my energy and drive, and immensely reduced my stress and anxiety. Learning how to use hormetic stress to strengthen my body has changed my life.
