Professional Goal
I provide a nature based Nordic sauna experience that includes a traditional wood fired sauna as well as a natural cold plunge (adjacent river) and multiple cold plunge pods for when the river isn't cold enough or cannot be accessed due to conditions.

My goal is to offer this incredible relaxing and invigorating experience to a part of my country where it is not commonly practiced. There are so few people in the southeastern US who have experienced an authentic Nordic Sauna ritual.
