About Me
To put it simply, I work with contrast therapy because I've been changed by the practice. During the pandemic, I began this practice of traditional sauna use and cold water immersion to sustain a life that requires the absolute best of me as a husband, father, and public school educator.
My wife and I found the practice so life-giving-giving us a place to have functional peace in our bodies- that we started our own backyard contrast therapy space at our home called Uptown Sauna House. In the past two years we've helped hundreds of people experience the same life-giving effects.
After doing my own research for a few years on the best protocols I found Susana's course and it pulled together all the science and gave me clear tracks to lead people more fully into the experience in a safe and grounded scientific way. I can wait to see how this workshop changes your life!
